Native American Gathering

The Native American Gathering at California State University, Monterey Bay (CSUMB) is an annual event. The CSUMB Native Advisory Council and Native American Students United host the Native American Gathering. Attendees experience the rich Native American cultures and traditions through music, food, dance, historical exhibition, and free Native craft-making. Seating will be limited for the craft-making classes. The event is free and open to the public.

 

Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited at the event. Monterey-Salinas Transit bus service is available to the campus or an all-day parking pass can be purchased online for $4.00 at https://csumb.edu/parking. The event will be held in the University Center ballroom. Only service animals are permitted inside university buildings. For cultural respect, dogs are strictly prohibited from entering the dance arena. Please plan accordingly.
